Terra Alta has refined the art of producing coffee in the Cerrado region. By adopting unique post-harvest processes, Terra Alta experiments with different kinds of fermentations while slowly drying all their coffee on raised beds. Terra Alta coffees have brighter acidity, medium to full body and fruity notes that follow the traditional chocolate, caramel and nuts taste typical from the Cerrado region.
They have also curated coffees from Fazenda Nova Esperança, Fazenda São Pedro de Alcântara, Fazenda Alto Cafezal, and many other farms which share their values to produce exquisite coffees through impeccable processes and social and economic responsibility.
