The roastery at CoRo lies at the heart of who we are.

Whether you’re looking to expand your existing coffee business, roast coffee for your cafe or restaurant (or office), or are simply interested in what goes into your morning cup, CoRo offers a collaborative, accessible roasting experience for anyone.

Our equipment and production space, including our QC Lab and cupping room, are available for use by CoRo Member Roasters or on an hourly basis. We are available to walk you through the equipment, show you how it's used.
